Warranty Policy
- We mostly provide 1 & 2 years warranty. It can be 6 months/no warranty as well.
- Customers must provide the undamaged product box while claiming for warranty.
- Customers must provide the invoice/warranty paper
- Any type of physical damage/burn will void the product warranty
- We provide service/replacement warranty
- We use a courier to pick up the product from the customers for warranty. Customers will have to pay the courier charges.
- For the service warranty, we will try to fix the product within a week. In some cases, it might take more time.
- For the replacement warranty, if we have stock, we shall provide the customers with a replacement unit instantly. In some cases, we might not be able to provide the same model and if we have to import the replacement unit then the customers have to wait for the shipment to come.
